Order Processing
Because every item is custom made to your name, number and options, each order enters production after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 5 to 9 business days before an order ships. Personalised items cannot be started until the customisation details are final.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping usually arrives within 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carrier. Remote areas and peak seasons may add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as transit times are controlled by the carrier and customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to the address on your order. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee.
