Custom Items

Because our jerseys are produced to order with your chosen name, number and options, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection or personalisation typos. Please review your order carefully before you pay.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund once the fault is confirmed.

How to Start a Claim

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and photos. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several days to appear.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has entered production it cannot be cancelled.
